MULLINGAR CAPTAIN DAZ BRADY REFLECTS ON BALBRIGGAN WIN

January 20, 2020

"YESTERDAY PROVED A POINT"

Mullingar Captain Daz Brady was in a introspective mood when looking back at yesterday's win in Balbriggan. "It was a very tough physical battle, just what we needed" and that it was, with the Balbriggan men allowed to get back into the game and come within one score in the second half.
“Today proved a point, we know we need to shore up our defence and improve our concentration for the entire eighty minutes in our remaining matches", I'd also like to wish Mullingar's influential centre Cathal Burke well and a speedy recovery".

Cathal unfortunately sustained a leg injury that will sideline him for the remainder of the season.

"We are at home for our next two fixtures, and would really like all the Club to get behind the team, having your support on match day's means everything to the Lads"
