Mullingar U13 Boys Triumph Over Midlands Warriors in Thrilling Contest

Mullingar U13 Boys hosted the Midlands Warriors in a Midlands League game on Sunday, 22nd September, delivering an exciting and hard-fought contest. The match kicked off with the Warriors coming out strong, scoring two quick breakaway tries that initially stunned the home team. However, the Mullingar boys showed great determination and rallied to level the score at 12-12 within 10 minutes.

Mullingar quickly found their rhythm and added three more tries under the posts, securing a solid lead by half-time. The second half continued in much the same fashion, with fresh legs from the bench helping Mullingar maintain control of possession. Their hard-running lines through the middle resulted in several more tries, extending their lead.

Despite the scoreline, the Midlands Warriors never gave up, showing commendable fighting spirit and scoring a third try towards the end of the game. Mullingar sealed the match with a couple more tries before the referee blew the final whistle.
