The successful candidate will have an IRFU Level 1 coaching qualification and demonstrate the ability to plan and deliver highly challenging coaching sessions that promote player development.

Mullingar RFC have in place a comprehensive support structure for all teams and have developed a single, coordinated and integrated rugby development plan.
